Janssen Biologics is currently recruiting a lab material shipment coordinator within our Quality Control department. The successful candidate needs to understand the QC testing environment and has relevant educational background. The candidate is responsible for the flawless experience of shipping lab material to Local Operating Companies spread over the world.

About the Department
The Leiden Quality Control department is a Business Unit within the Leiden Janssen Biologics site, a biotherapeutics and advanced therapies manufacturing site that is part of the Janssen Supply Chain. The Leiden QC Large Molecule department is responsible for raw material, in-process and release testing for products manufactured at the site. Additionally, the Leiden QC LM department has a unique global responsibility and exposure by being the stability testing hub for large molecule products within Janssen Supply Chain, and by partnering with multiple CMOs to perform the release testing. The department is structured in different testing laboratories and supporting teams, which are divided based on specific techniques and/or expertise.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have
Responsible for ensuring a flawless experience of shipment requests for lab material to Local Operating Companies to support launches of JnJ medicines worldwide.
Accountable to plan, organize, prioritize and execute lab material shipment requests based on the stakeholder requests.
Setting up a central digital lab material request environment.
Acting as Subject Matter Expert on lab material shipment requests.
Participate in meetings of the quality network organization and partners with customers.
Adhere to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with 1-3 years of related working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Didactical skills to effectively transfer information in a training environment.
Advanced knowledge on lab systems and lab environment.
Proactive stakeholder management.
