What you'll be doing as Lead Frontend Developer at Dyflexis
You'll shape the frontend strategy for our workforce management platform. That calls for architectural skills - you help our FE team (currently 4 FTE) oversee the whole rather than delve into individual components for days - and a proven talent for getting colleagues behind our vision and plans. You also incorporate external perspectives (e.g., users and our business unit) and align those so we consistently make the right decisions. While you'll 'officially' join one of our 4 feature teams, we hope you'll also 'teleport' between them, adding value wherever your qualities are needed most.
You will also:
⊕ help shape our vision on frontend development with senior stakeholders
⊕ translate that vision into actionable roadmaps and tactics and drive execution
⊕ help recruit and develop (y)our frontenders, ensuring they operate as a unit
⊕ make architectural decisions by helping your teams ask the right questions
⊕ keep developing your skills by tackling 'difficult' tech challenges
⊕ work closely to other teams and keep close tabs on market trends, incorporating as many perspectives as possible.

What you need to succeed
The setting is challenging: 200k users depend on our platform, so stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently, including authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will not only improve the way we approach frontend development, but also positively impact the experience of 200k users across the globe.

⊕ You know what it takes to build a solid product (agency experience is a plus)
⊕ You can inspire peers, as well as other technical and non-tech stakeholders
⊕ You know your way around Vue 3, Ionic, Docker and Gitlab
