Beschrijving

The Escalation Process Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing the escalation process from both an operations and data perspective. This role acts as a representative for the escalation process during business improvement initiatives and audits, ensuring that the process aligns with organizational goals and meets regulatory compliance requirements.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire escalation process, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage Escalation Leads/Quality Leaders through the central escalation model by providing input and review of escalation documentation to ensure robustness and compliance leading to data insights, including aspiring to, and effectively calling peers to action and higher levels of accountability.
  • Manage/support development and maintenance of technical solutions, Dashboards and associated periodic reports/notifications related to the process, escalations to upper management & cross functional partners/forums as needed.
  • Ensure solutions are appropriately supporting the process and mitigate any compliance process risks.
  • Co-lead projects related to continuous improvement of Janssen E2E Significant Quality Issue escalations process/systems, leveraging data insights and user experience from the Q&C organization and business partners while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of escalation metrics/data insights highlighting potential trends for reviews and improvement initiatives in close collaboration with functional owners and coordinate reporting to various Q&C organizations/platforms/leadership reviews (incl. for global/regional/LOC QSMR, QRB strategic meeting, PAM/QRB and ad hoc reviews)
  • Manage the development and maintenance of process & system training programs to further enhance awareness and understanding of the escalation process and Escalation record life cycle of Significant Quality Issues
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in the field of escalation management & Field Action.
  • Coordinate preparation for audits/inspections related to the escalation & FA process and provides support during actual audit execution.
  • Participate in other key activities/projects as required in consultation with the functional line manager or functional group head.

Kwalificaties

Required Minimum Education:

  • A minimum of B.S. degree in scientific and/or engineering discipline or equivalent field is required.

Other:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in quality/compliance environment or 5-7 years of cumulative related (pharmaceutical/healthcare) work is required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Understanding of quality system processes and connections to Escalation process (e.g. NC, CAPA, etc.)
  • Experience in Quality and Compliance activities can include operations, Quality or QA or QC experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a need to be comfortable reaching out to multiple functions/levels
  • Experience with Quality and Compliance metrics, dashboards, and intelligent solutions
  • Process Improvement and change management experience
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary and cross functional leaders
  • Creative and pro-active.
  • Sense of responsibility
